My appointment is secured on my receipt of this fee letter, signed.

Project feasibility is key to the design solution. l work with you to explore and interpret your wishes

and needs, to agree the  design brief and to set out the true viability of ‘the building works’ to

your home. This design stage examines ‘permitted development rights’, Planning options,

Consultant appointments and Statutory Authority compliances. Consideration is always

given to garden amenity spaces/neighbouring communities.​ Before submission of

Local Authority applications, a costings package is offered.​ Regardless of project scale,

technical design, with an attention to detail, is key to good construction execution.

 

This input starts on day one.

 

Valuable input from Engineers, Surveyors and Assessors is also available. ​High-quality

drawings and documentation supports every design project. AutoCAD 2D drawings aid

the design and detailing of subsequent consent applications. Thoughtfully laid out and easy-

to-read detailed specification packages have a significant and beneficial effect on the projects

design.HINDOVER is involved in.  All statutory consents including Planning, Building Regulation

applications, Party Wall Act agreements, CDM Act requirements and Local Water Authority regulations can be applied for. We all work together to guide you, the homeowner, through all the stages of your construction project.
