Any data stored is held on Contract Basis, that is to say, the information is required for us to fulfil the services requested by you.

The type of data that will be held by us is the minimum that we require to fulfil our contracted duties, such as:

Your information will never be used for marketing or market research purposes and will not be shared with any third party outside of the construction/design team involved to assist you with the contracted works. Examples of people/organisations that we will share y our data with (as part of the contract) are:

• Structural Engineers

• Surveyors

• Tenderers

• Contractors

• Sub-Contractors

• Panning Officers

• Building Control Officers

We do not hold a database of information. Your details will only be held within the project specific files (electronic and paper).

Acceptance of our fee proposal is confirmation that you are in agreement of our Data Protection Procedure and you are happy for us to keep your data as highlighted above. If at any time you require your personal data to be securely removed from our system, please email us to request.
